Fleet Purchase Order: Terms & Conditions

All Purchase Orders submitted to AMI Transportation, LLC (the “Seller”) are subject to credit approval and written acceptance. A PO is considered “Active” only once an Order Confirmation has been issued by the Seller.

Quote Validity: Fleet quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.

Tiered Pricing: Pricing is based on the specific volume tier defined in the Quote. Any reduction in the final quantity ordered may result in pricing adjustments to reflect the applicable tier.

Price Increases: Seller reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in raw material costs (polymer, fasteners, hardware) with thirty (30) days written notice to the Buyer.

FOB Origin: All orders ship FOB Sarasota, FL. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Lead Times: Standard fleet orders (under 100 units) ship within 10–14 business days. Large-scale orders (100+ units) require a custom production schedule outlined in the Order Confirmation.

Drop-Ship: Direct-to-location fulfillment is available for multi-site fleets. A per-location surcharge may apply and will be specified in the Quote.

All products are covered by the Seller’s Limited Lifetime Product Warranty as published at thervfuelvault.com/legal. Warranty claims for fleet accounts must be submitted through the designated Dealer Portal or by contacting [email protected] with the unit VIN and original purchase documentation.

Returns: Non-defective returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery in original, unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Defective Product: Products confirmed as defective will be replaced at no charge. Seller will issue a prepaid return shipping label for all verified warranty claims.

Seller’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products at issue. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, vehicle downtime, or third-party claims.

The RV Fuel Vault™, all associated designs, engineering data, CAD files, and trade dress are the exclusive property of AMI Transportation, LLC (Patent Pending 19/632,042). Buyer may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the product without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
