Verify all components are included: RV Fuel Vault cover, you will use your existing screws or if you purchased a set of new Security Screws from us as new mounting hardware, lock and a set keys, and installation guide.

Position the Cover

Remove your existing exposed fuel are screws, align the RV Fuel Vault cover over the exposed fuel cap area on your motorhome. Ensure proper orientation using the guide marks.

Secure & Fasten

Using the existing screws or new Safety Screws you purchased from us, secure the cover in place. Hand-tighten all bolts, then torque to until tight.

Test & Lock

Test the locking mechanism with both provided keys. Verify the cover is secure and fuel cap is fully accessible when unlocked.
